10. Prohibition on fishing without permission : No fishing or hunting of other aquatic animal shall be allowed in the springs or ponds within the reserve without obtaining a permit as pursuant to Schedule – 3 and
by paying the fee as pursuant to Schedule – 1 and after making  commitment to follow the terms and conditions prescribed by the warden.
